Well, 2010 is upon us, and my usual mantra is " Another New Year is around the corner with new adventures waiting to be explored.... "
But this year it is going to be " Be bold or go home!  Live in the moment, try something new each day and do one thing a day which scares you."

While friends and family have always known me for my passion and love of travel and photography, I hope that with our website and new Blog,  I can push the boundaries with combining photos, textures, colours, and found objects into a "Mixed Media Collage" or  "Altered Art Assemblage".

An artist friend once told me "Your space is full of stories and imagery, can't wait to learn them from you.  I hope I helped a little on "this" journey in your life."....
I would now like to share with you a sneak peek of those treasures I have hidden away in my "Aladdin's Cave".

I plan to set a goal of creating at least one art piece weekly called "Piece of the Week" or a new "Finchley Colour Palette".  It may be a collage, a new page layout or photos,  a story from my journeys or a hidden treasure, many of which, even I haven't seen in ages....  I am now looking at them with fresh eyes....
The journey countiues....  Creativity feeds my soul....
